If you have fond memories of games from the early 2010s, you should check them out. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is one of 15 games that will no longer offer online services on September 1st.

In a post on the company's website, it states that it will no longer offer online services in some of its older games in order to focus on delivering great experiences for players who are playing newer titles. Depending on the title, you won't be able to download and install DLC if you're on the title.

The affected games are spread across a number of platforms, including the Wii U, the PS3 and the PC. The game will be completely unplayable in some cases. If you want to play the solo campaign in Ghost Recon Future Soldier, you need to put your console in offline mode.

While most of these games enjoyed 10 to 12 years of support since their release, it's still a bit sad to see Ubisoft drop support for online services for some of its most beloved franchises. On September 1st, there will be a full list of games that are being decommissioned.
