Eric Rinehart, the Lake County State's Attorney, announced the charges of first degree murder.

Seven people were killed and more than 30 were injured when a man opened fire in a parade.

According to Rinehart, there will be additional charges that focus on specific victims.

The shooting was a well-orchestrated and carefully planned crime, according to Rinehart.
