German regulators discovered a huge bug in the crash response system of the electric car maker.
German authorities claim that more than 59,000 Model Y and 3 cars worldwide have a software glitch that won't call emergency services when they crash.
Across the pond in the United States, there is an investigation into whether the driving assist feature has been hitting emergency response vehicles.
