According to a new report, a Georgia grand jury is looking into the possibility of criminal interference in the 2020 election by former President Donald Trump.
According to The Atlanta Journal-Consitution, other members of Trump's legal team, including Giuliani, were also subpoenaed by the special grand jury.
Fulton Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney, who is overseeing the special grand jury, signed off on the subpoenas on Tuesday.
Graham was asked to comment on the report.
An attorney for Giuliani told CNBC that they don't know about a subpoena.
We have not been subpoenaed.
When asked how he and Giuliani would respond to a subpoena, he replied: "We'll decide that."
According to the Journal-Constitution, the other Trump-aligned lawyers who were issued subpoenas were: John Eastman, Cleta Mitchell, Kenneth Ches bro, and Jenna Ellis.
The grand jury in Atlanta was impaneled in May to investigate an effort by Trump and his allies to reverse the result of the Georgia election.
The Fulton County District Attorney told a judge in January that there was a reasonable chance that Georgia's election would be disrupted.
The secretary of state, the attorney general, and the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia were reported to have been contacted by people associated with the disruptions.
The Georgia Secretary of State was urged by Trump to find enough votes to overturn Biden's victory.
