According to sources, the Bulls have agreed to a one-year contract with Goran Dragic.
The Brooklyn Nets beat out the Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers, Golden State Warriors and LA Clippers to sign Dragic after his contract was bought out.
After sitting out most of the season with the Raptors, he played just 16 regular-season games for Brooklyn. In the playoffs, Dragic averaged 10 points, 4.5 rebound and 1.5 assists, while shooting 50% from the field, in just under 20 minutes a game.
The Athletic reported that Dragic had a deal with the Bulls.
Dragic has stepped up his game in the playoffs before. He averaged 19 points per game for the Miami Heat during their run to the NBA finals in 2020 before a foot injury ended his season.
Entering his 15th NBA season, Dragic has a career average of 13 points and 4.8 assists while shooting 42% from the field and 36% from 3. He made his first All-NBA team in the same season he won the NBA's most improved player award.
