A former GOP official said Saturday that Donald Trump might run for president because he has all the impulse control of a toddler.
He is going to do what he wants. Kurt Bardella was a deputy communications director for the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. He is now a democrat and a news commentator.
The guy has the control of a child. No one should be surprised about that. Bardella thinks that Republicans created the golem.
Bardella was responding to a New York Times story that said that Trump is hoping a stepped-up announcement about going for the presidency will distract the public from a "stream of damaging revelations."
Bardella said that Donald Trump doesn't care about anyone else but himself. It doesn't surprise me that when faced with the criticism that's been mounting right now, he's thinking about pulling thetrigger now
Bardella said that the timing would likely ruin things for the Republicans ahead of the elections. He said that Republicans should tie their future to Trump.
Donald, you know what I mean. Bardella made a statement. Show everybody who you are and what you want to do before the election.
Bardella said that these guys have wanted to divorce themselves from Donald Trump for the last five years. The people are rooting for the committee.
According to Bardella, nobody was more excited about the testimony early this week by Cassidy Hutchinson than the Republicans.
According to her testimony, Trump wanted to allow rioters with weapons to march to the Capitol that day. According to Hutchinson, Trump said that they were not here to hurt him.
The full interview with Bardella can be found in the video. He talks about Trump announcing his candidacy.
