Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic reports that the Minnesota Wolves and free-agent guard Bryn Forbes have agreed to terms. The terms were not made public.

He played for the San Antonio Spurs and Denver Nuggets. He shot 41.4 percent from three across both stops.

Forbes has been a free agent three times in the last four years. After spending the first five years of his career with the Spurs, the sweet-shooting guard signed with Milwaukee in 2020.

The Nuggets' first-round series loss to the Golden State Warriors left the Michigan State graduate frustrated. He shot just 30.0 percent from the floor in the first two games of the series. His numbers tend to go down during the playoffs.

At least for the regular season, the Wolves will hope he can step in and help out their bench. He's a 41.3 percent shooter from three-point range and has a history of playing smart, system basketball dating back to his time in San Antonio.

Forbes could outplay his deal if he used his shooting to space the floor.
