The expansion pack for The Sims 4 will include clothing from the fashion marketplace Depop. Depop is an online resale site that allows users to buy and sell vintage clothing items at discounted prices.
Sims characters will be able to cut class and experience puberty in the expansion pack.
Simoleons, the game's in-app currency, can be earned using an app called Depop called Trendi. The Simfluencer will be able to purchase their items from a thrift store called Thriftea, which will allow them to create their own outfits.
The clothes featured in the game will be designed by real-life Depop sellers like Lapoze Mc Tribouy, Sha'an d'Anthes, and Selena Williams.
The collaboration with Depop has allowed us to bring in unique and creative looks that reflect today's fashion trends and how Gen-Z shops and shares fashion, to offer players an authentic gameplay experience as they help their Sims make the most out of the game.
The Sims 4 High School Years will be released on July 28th.
