According to Rich Paul, the CEO of Klutch Sports, Jusuf Nurkic has agreed to a four-year, $70 million contract to stay with Portland.
Drew Eubanks is re-signed to a one-year contract by the Trail blazers, according to his agent.
A combination of ankle and wrist injuries limited him to a combined 45 games over the previous two seasons, but he still played 56 games for Portland last season.
Since being traded to Portland by the Denver Nuggets in the summer of 2017, the Bosnian big man has been an important part of the Trail blazers' trips to the NBA playoffs.
Now, Portland will be counting on him to continue in that role as the team transitions into a new era thanks to the emergence of promising young guard Anfernee Simons.
When healthy, Nurkic has been an extremely productive player. In 27.1 minutes per game, he has averaged 1 steal, 1.3 blocks and 1 assist.
After joining the Trail blazers in February, he averaged 14.5 points and 8.5 boards in 22 games, a jump from the 3.6 points and 3.8 boards he averaged over 312 seasons with the Spurs.
