Beer lovers in Singapore can try out a new type of beer.

The brewery Brewerkz makes beer with reclaimed water from Singapore. Over the years, reclaimed water or treated waste water has gotten more efficient and is more necessary than ever. Aging infrastructure in the US leaves consumers without a consistent supply of water and there is little to no access to clean water around the globe.
The public will have to get used to reclaimed water if we want to survive the predicted water crisis.
More power is given to Singapore if they are confident in their ability to safely treat and reuse water. It's smart to highlight the product's eco-friendliness since NE Water's goal is to educate the public. The company is working on their own reclaimed-water beer.
The EPA said this week that it created a large group focused on water reuse.
Hopefully our beers will be a little better for the environment and taste a little offensive.
