Otto Porter Jr. has agreed to a two-year contract with the Raptors, according to reports.
The second season is a player option, according to Chris Haynes. The financial details were not immediately available.
Porter played for the Chicago Bulls and theOrlando Magic in the 2020-21 campaign before he was traded to the Golden State Warriors. He averaged 8.2 points, 5.7 rebound and 1.5 assists in 63 games.
He averaged 5.4 points, 3.4 rebound and 1.8 assists while shooting 49.4 percent from the floor and 40.4 percent from deep as the Dubs won the NBA title.
Porter was drafted third by the Wizards, but he never lived up to his potential. He scored double digits in five of the last six seasons.
Porter is a two-way player who can defend multiple positions, even though his offensive efficiency has dipped since his career year.
The Warriors finished the regular season with the second-best defensive rating in the NBA, thanks to the Georgetown product.
