According to The Athletic, Ricky Rubio has agreed to a three year deal to return to Cleveland.
Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports says the deal is worth $18 million.

He proved that he can still be a reliable point guard. He averaged 13 points over 34 games with eight starts for Cleveland, tying a career-high.
The team had a 44-38 record but failed to make the playoffs after losing two games in the play-in tournament. The All-Star point guard averaged 21.7 points and 8.6 assists for Cleveland.
Cleveland is getting a veteran presence in its backcourt who will give some depth behind Garland. During their push for a playoff spot, the Cavs will benefit from the full health of Marco.
