In the lawsuit, she said she befriended Martin in the early 2000s. According to the lawsuit, they parted ways in February of last year after a particularly ugly incident in the Persian Gulf.
He begged her to come back and work for him after she stopped working for him. According to the lawsuit, she initially agreed to get a 5% commission.

The claim never saw the light of day after Drucker brought in one of the top defense attorneys in Los Angeles to work for Martin.
"Martin went back to work and did well." Rebecca gave exceptional managerial and advisory services to Martin during this time, which saved his career.
According to the lawsuit, Martin wasn't grateful for the work done by Drucker. Martinfostered a toxic work environment where he mistreated, manipulated, and lied to Rebecca.
After a "communication breakdown" in July 2021, Drucker resigned, but once again Martin "begged" her to stay, increasing her commission to 10%, according to the lawsuit. According to the lawsuit, she was forced to resign after agreeing to it.
The deals she brokered for Martin are at the center of the dispute.
According to the lawsuit, when Martin and his business entities realized they had millions of dollars in debt, they refused to pay her anything.
