The footage was released by the Security Service of the country.

In a Telegram Thursday post, the SBU shared a short video showing scenes right before, during, and after the deadly strike in Kremenchuk.

Three different views of the initial strike are shown in the beginning of the video.

The footage shows the missile hitting the building, causing a huge fireball and scattering debris around. The video shows different views of the strike from inside and outside the mall.

The video ends with a view of the mall being engulfed in flames and smoke.

"Freeze frame of X-22 missile seconds before it killed dozens of peaceful Ukrainians in #Kremenchuk - another symbol of the pointless atrocity of this war," said an advisor to Ukraine's internal affairs minister.

He said thatUkraine would not give up its territories. Peace in Ukraine can be achieved with weapons.

As heads of state prepared to gather in Madrid for a NATO summit, Monday's attack on the crowded mall prompted some world leaders to decry it as a war crime.

Other strikes have hit schools, hospitals, shelters, theaters, and residential neighborhoods in the past.
