Some of my friends have decided to follow that route. I am for a lot of people. These are my acquaintances. I support them. They need to do well. I want them to be happy in whatever it is. Why shouldCup eligibility be at risk? Westwood made a comment. The criteria for being a member of the European Tour has been met. Being a member of the European Tour requires you to play four events. Shouldn't they change that now?

Why would the European Tour change their rules so quickly because another tour doesn't like it or feels financially threatened? There is too much protection and not enough transparency.

If you fulfill the criteria to be a European Tour member, then you should be able to try to get on the team.
