Bradley Beal will be an unrestricted free agent after declining his player option for the 2022-23 NBA season, according to his agent.
If he wants to stay in Washington, he can either sign a five-year max contract or opt for a four-year max contract.
In 40 games for Washington last season, Beal averaged 23.2 points, 4.7 rebound and 6.6 assists, but he missed the entire season due to wrist surgery. In the previous two seasons, he averaged more than 30 points per game, including 31.3 in the 2020-21 season.
Making and attempting the most 3-pointers in Wizards history is one of the many statistical categories that Bradley Beal is in the top five in.
