Two-time champion Andy Murray and British number one Emma raducanu will face each other on Wednesday.

Murray takes on John Isner while the 19-year-old Raducanu faces former world number four.

Murray is first on Centre Court.

The British men's number one and two are also in action.

Norrie defeated Andujar in straight sets in the first round and will face Munar in the second match on Court One.

Peniston is a world number 135.

The 14th seed was knocked out in the first round by Wang Qiang.

The 10th Briton to reach the second round is aiming to beat Spain's Rebeka Masarova.

The British are interested in the doubles with top seed Joe Salisbury and his partner. Carlos Taberner and Daniel Altmaier are from Spain and Germany.

Defending champion Novak Djokovic, who missed the Australian Open and may not be able to play at the US Open because of his vaccine status, opens against Australian Thanasi Kokkinakis.

The 20-time Grand Slam champion said that he tries to make the most out of the tournament. My attention is here.

Raducanu 'ready' for Garcia threat

There is a tricky second-round challenge against 28-year-old Garcia who won her third grass-court singles title in the run up to Wimbledon.

The Frenchwoman was once talked up as a future world number one by Murray but is currently ranked 55th, 44 places below her opponent.

"I think she is a great opponent." In Indian Wells, I played her and it was a difficult match. She plays a sport. I am prepared for that.

She saw off Alison van Uytvanck in the first round of the tournament.

It feels amazing." I cherished every moment when the doors were open. I feel like everyone is behind me.

Crowd support has been something I've felt since I stepped on to the practice courts. I'm like, yeah, I have this.

I'll need to play well - Murray

Murray had been troubled by an abdominal injury coming into the Championships but came through his opening match after a slow start to maintain his record of never losing in the first round.

The 35-year-old former world number one, now ranked 52nd, beat Australia's James Duckworth in four sets to set up a meeting with 20th seed Isner.

Murray has a good record against big serving players and has won all eight of their previous encounters.

The nature of how the matches go makes them very tough to play against. You can't always be in control of them.

There are four or five service return games where you don't get many opportunities. It's difficult when there isn't a lot of rhythm in the game. I've always excelled against them.

I don't think I have played him on grass before. He's done well here before. He had a chance to make the final a few years ago, but he didn't return as well as he could have.

The first match on Court One is between Anett Kontaveit and Jule Niemeier, while Maria Sakkari is last on the same court against Viktoriyya Tomova.

The third seed, Ons Jabeur, is facing Poland's Katarzyna Kawa, while the second seed, Angelique Kerber, is playing a Polish player.

Spanish fifth seed Carlos Alcaraz takes on Tallon Griekspoor of the Netherlands in the men's draw.
