Clarence Thomas has always been a person of grievance according to Hillary Clinton.

He attended law school with me. Clinton said during an interview on "CBS This Morning" that he had known him for as long as he could remember. She mentioned resentment, grievance, anger.

In a concurring opinion, Thomas wrote "we should reconsider all of this Court's substantive due process precedents for rulings that granted individuals the right to contraception, intimate gay relationships, and same-sex marriage."

Clinton said that Thomas was signaling. She said that he has signaled in the past to lower courts to find cases.

"I may not get them the first, the second, or the third time, but we're going to keep at it," said Clinton.

The women are going to die, you know what I mean. Clinton said that women will die if the repeal of the abortion law is allowed to go forward.

Who decides if you are a political party or a religious one? The government might be in your bedroom. The government is going to make these decisions. Clinton said that the court has inflicted on them.
