Clinton made comments on "CBS This Morning" about the subject of abortion.
She said he's been told to go to the lower courts to find cases.

In a concurring opinion, Thomas wrote "we should reconsider all of this Court's substantive due process precedents for rulings that granted individuals the right to contraception, intimate gay relationships, and same-sex marriage."
Clinton said that Thomas was signaling. She said that he has signaled in the past to lower courts to find cases.
"I may not get them the first, the second, or the third time, but we're going to keep at it," said Clinton.
The women are going to die, you know what I mean. Clinton said that women will die if the repeal of the abortion law is allowed to go forward.
