Users can use Restricted Mode to remove potentially mature content from YouTube. You can't make comments on the videos you can watch.
If you're using your phone or computer, you should be able to turn off Restricted Mode within a few minutes.
Libraries and universities might have enabled restricted mode. Only the administrator has the power to turn it off.
