The Houston Texans were named as defendants in the civil case against them.

The first case of what will likely be many against the Houston Texans was filed today. Tony Buzbee, the Houston attorney who at one time represented twenty five women with lawsuits against the Houston Texans, said that the overwhelming evidence indicates that the Houston Texans enabled the behavior of their player.

We believe the Texans should have known about the conduct of their quarterback. "We think the filing speaks for itself."

The most detailed account of what people within the Texans organization knew about his behavior is provided in the lawsuit.

Even though she was only a massage therapy student at the time, and even though she could have arranged a massage with a more experienced therapist through the Texans, the lawsuit states that she was only able to meet and get a massage from the man on social media. According to the lawsuit, the woman met the man at her mother's house in Manvel, Texas, where he brought a small towel and proceeded to expose himself and sexually assault her.

The lawsuit states that he was part of a pattern with a lot of female victims.

There have been allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct made against him, but he has maintained that he is not guilty. There were two grand juries in Texas that didn't indict him.

20 of the 24 women with active lawsuits against him have agreed to settlements, according to Tony Buzbee. The first woman to file a lawsuit against the quarterback in March of 2021, and the first to speak publicly and identify herself as a victim, is the same woman who filed the lawsuit on Monday.

According to the lawsuit, the Texans had at least some knowledge of his habit of seeking multiple massages. According to the lawsuit, the organization was made aware of this by the owner of Genuine Touch Massage Clinic in Sugar Land, Texas.

"Despite having a full training staff available to him with the Texans, and despite having the services of a specified massage therapy entity -- Genuine Touch -- available to him, Deshaun Watson refused to have massages done at the Texans stadium."

According to the lawsuit, Genuine Touch owner Joni Honn complained to the Texans that they were being solicited for massages via social media. She told the Texans that he was putting himself in danger of contracting Covid or being sued.

According to the lawsuit, Genuine Touch was aware that at least one of its therapists had sex with a client.

After another woman questioned his behavior and threatened to expose him on the internet, the Houston Texans organization gave him a non-disclosure agreement to protect himself.

There is a detailed explanation of the non-disclosure agreement that was signed by the masseuses.

According to the lawsuit,Watson admitted that Naccara, the Texans' director of security, provided theNDA to him.

The lawsuit states that Naccara gave the non-disclosure agreement to the woman named Nia Smith. According to the lawsuit, Smith included the photo on the post with the message: "I could really expose you."

According to the lawsuit,Watson told the women that in order to get paid, she needed to sign the Texans'NDA.

The lawsuit states that the Houstonian Hotel was where the sexual assaults took place and that the team provided a massage table for the player.

The Texans said that they are aware of the lawsuit. We have cooperated with law enforcement since March 2021. The necessary steps will be taken to address the allegations.

The league refused to comment on the lawsuit.

The hearing before Sue L. Robinson is scheduled to start on Tuesday, according to a report by Adam Schefter. Robinson will listen as the league wants a lengthy suspension for him. The option to appeal will be available if Robinson rules in their favor. An independent ruler could be called upon to rule on the appeal.

Over the course of several days earlier this summer, the league interviewedWatson.

I did everything they told me to do. "I told the truth when the NFL asked me." I spent a lot of time with them. I can't do anything but tell them what happened. I have to respect that they have a job We want to work together. They have to make a decision that is in the best interest of the league.

According to the New York Times,Watson booked appointments with at least 66 different women over the course of 17 months. Some of the women who have filed lawsuits against him include a woman who sued but withdrew the complaint, two women who filed criminal complaints against him but did not file a lawsuit, and at least fifteen therapists who issued statements of support for him.

He said that he has no regrets about what he did during the massage sessions. He regretted the impact the allegations had on the people around him. He understands that he has regrets about the impact that it has on the community and people outside of himself. My family is also included. This organization is also included. My teammates have to answer these questions. The fan base of the ClevelandBrowns are included. Everyone across the globe is included. The impact that it has on so many people is something I regret. It is difficult to have to deal with.
