Strategy in an Age of Uncertainty

The majority of existing strategy frameworks don't work well in dynamic conditions. Companies need to be guided through uncertainty. The individual's ability to cope with uncertainty, the organization's ability to experiment and recognize the strategy are all common to these frameworks.

The companies are going Agile. There are many calls for change. Firms are desperately looking for the tools to keep up with the times. The problem is that most of our frameworks don't work in dynamic conditions. The frameworks and tools that went with them are still relevant. When the world is changing fast, we need different tools, but there will always be a need to understand industry structure.
