Trudeau and Johnson made fun of a picture of Putin riding a horse.

The Canadian and UK prime ministers spoke at the G7 summit. The war in Ukranian is expected to be discussed by the G7 leaders.

In the video, Johnson asks his colleagues if they should leave their jackets on or take them off.

Johnson said that all of them had to show that they were tougher than Putin.

Trudeau jumped on the joke and said "we're going to get the bare-chested horseback riding display"

The president of the European Commission said yes. The best way to ride a horse is horseback.

Johnson said that they need to show them their pecs.

US President Joe Biden smiled at Johnson but did not say anything. The White House and the Kremlin didn't reply immediately.

Photos of a shirtless Putin riding a horse while on vacation in Siberia were referred to by Johnson and Trudeau.

The other leaders at the meeting were the German Chancellor, Japanese Prime Minister, European Council President, and Italian Prime Minister.

The summit will last until Tuesday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called for the delivery of more heavy weaponry during his speech at the summit on Monday.
