Judge walks it off for the second time this series with a 10th-inning HR (1:12)

In the bottom of the 10th, Judge hit a three-run home run to left field to give the Yankees the win. There is a time and a place for this.

Spike Lee is a New York Yankees fan famous for writing Hollywood dramas.

Audiences were able to handle all the ups, downs and twist endings of the Astros-Yankees series. When baseball's award season arrives, bet on critics looking at Judge's role.

The Yankees manager told him to stop taking him for granted.

Judge hit a three-run home run in the 10th for his second walk-off hit against the Astros in four days, and New York recovered after nearly being no-hit for the second consecutive game.

Judge said that these guys never wavered. They grind it out by sticking to their plan and approach. It was all good when Big G hit one to the center.

New York's hitless streak ended in the seventh with a one-out home run by Stanton, and the Rockies tied the game in the eighth with a two-run shot by LeMahieu.

"Ended up Judge 2, Us 2," Baker said.

After Michael King stranded the bases loaded in the 10th, Isiah Kiner-Falefa dropped a two-strike squeeze that moved a third baseman to third. The right-handed pitcher intentionally walked the pinch hitter and struck out the second baseman to set up a two-out confrontation with Judge.

Judge lifted the Yankees when he broke a 6 all tie with a single in the ninth. He hit a big league-high 28th home run when he hit a 112 mph rocket to left center.

It was easy for him to swing. He is trying to touch the ball.

With their 10th walk-off win this year, the Yankees improved to 53-20 and matched the third-best 73-game start in the majors since 1930.

The Yankees are 24-1 when Judge and Stanton homers in the same game.

Judge said that the team was the best on the planet.

The Yankees didn't hit as well as they could have. Jose Urquidy was eight outs from Houston's second no-hitter when he was hit by a ball. The Yankees had been hitless in their last 52 at-bats, including a no-hitter by Ryan Pressly on Saturday.

They came at us with everything they had.

The longest hitless streak by a team since 1961 was by the New York Mets. The 1917 Chicago White Sox were the first team to be no-hit in back-to-back games, but the second gem came in the second game of a day game.

After New York's defense slipped up twice in the 10th, King had to escape. Shortstop Kiner-Falefa made a mistake when he kicked Jose Altuve's grounder, and catcher Jose Trevino made a mistake when he tried to pick off Castro.

King retired Kyle Tucker and Yuli Gurriel after walking Alex Bregman with one out. King reached 100 mph for the first time in his career at the plate.

Since 2015, the Astros have eliminated the Yankees from the playoffs three times, including during their scandal-tainted title run in 2017).

George Springer and Jose Altuve both have seven leadoff homers in the majors. In the fourth, Mauricio Dubon had two runs.

Altuve stole two bases.

Michael Brantley was taken out of the Astros game in the eighth. The five-time All-Star was hitless in three at bats.

Yordan's hand issue kept him out of the lineup. He was pinch hit against in the ninth.

The Yankees' Gleyber Torres was left stranded at third base in the ninth when he turned his ankle and was picked off by a teammate. He stated that he has a mild injury.

"I don't think it will be serious," he stated.

The Yankees open a home series against the Oakland A's on Tuesday with a day off on Monday.

Stanek's streak was the best in the American League. The Astros entered the game with a major league-best 2.63 earned run average and the second-longest run at 1723 byMartinez.

Baker said he didn't want to walk Judge. After pitching on Saturday, Pressly and Neris weren't available.

The pitcher allowed a single hit over the course of seven frames.

Baker said that the game was the best he had thrown.

The plate umpire was grabbed by the Yankees catcher after taking a foul tip off his mask. After consulting with a trainer, Muchlinski remained behind the plate. Three umpires finished the game.
