Samuel Jackson slammed Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas as "Uncle Clarence" for jeopardizing the legal right to interracial marriage.

Lawmakers and scholars fear that the same rationale used to reverse the 1973 decision on abortion rights could be used to eliminate the right to same-sex marriage and contraceptives.

Jackson bashed Thomas as "Uncle Clarence", referring to the character in "Uncle Tom's Cabin" that was excessively black.

How’s Uncle Clarence feeling about Overturning Loving v Virginia??!!

The legal underpinning of the constitutional protection for abortion was suggested to be weakly based on arguments in other Supreme Court cases.

Thomas suggested that the court should withdraw granted rights that are protected under the due process clause.

Wonder if Loving v Virginia is next on the list of cases for Justice Thomas to overrule

Same-sex marriage and contraceptives were only one of the rights named by Thomas. If the Loving case is overturned, it could threaten his own marriage to a black woman.

Jim Obergefell said Friday that Thomas omitted Loving v. Virginia because it affects him personally.

Obergefell said on MSNBC that he doesn't care about the gay community.

Some Thomas supporters criticized Jackson for his attack on the justice, but most of his followers applauded the dig.
