On Saturday, Layden Blocker became the first member of the Razorbacks' class to commit.

Blocker was the heavy favorite entering the weekend after visiting the campus in June.

Blocker said that they have a winning culture. Muss has an NBA style of play. He is a good person off the court. He is very focused on the court. I would like to play in the NBA.

Since Eric Musselman's first full recruiting class in 2020, Blocker is the 12th prospect to commit to the Razorbacks. The Razorbacks finished with the second-best recruiting class in the country.

It was intense when I attended their practices. The atmosphere made me like it. They had an in-depth breakdown of my game when I visited.

A point guard from Little Rock, Blocker is the 7th ranked point guard in the country. In 13 games with Brad Beal Elite, Blocker averaged 16.8 points, 6.2 rebound and 3.6 assists.

He's a fast point guard who likes to put pressure on the defense off the dribble. The blocker can finish at the rim or find the open man. He has a capable jumper from deep and is rapidly improving with his ability to slow down and navigate ball screens. Blocker is a great on-ball defender.
