It is not a bird but a plane. The Sky Cruise is a very cool concept, but it is not a reality.
The hulking airborne vessel is said to be designed to house over 5000 guests in nearly nonstop flight. There are a lot of things to do, including fancy restaurants, a huge shopping mall, theaters, pools, and more. Getting married above the clouds would be a great way to say "I do", according to the narrator.
There appears to be one very important amenity missing.
They wanted an old fashioned arcade where they could turn their tickets in for cheap prizes. I think it's fair.
Because it wouldn't need to be refueled, the conceptual skycraft wouldn't need to land. All repairs would be done in-air when guests flew to and from the sky high hotel.
Nuclear fusion doesn't actually exist yet and many commenters were quick to call out design flaws. There would be many engineering challenges to overcome if it did.
The vessel might be able to take off if physics and aerodynamics were not present. It was really harsh!
What's the biggest caveat of all? According to the narrator, the design combines the features of a commercial plane with the epitome of luxury. It feels like a major plothole seeing as how commercial plane and luxury don't fit in the same sentence.
I bet I end up next to someone else's screaming three year old for the whole trip.
