Some of America's most prominent billionaires are against the overturn of the abortion law.
The Gates family is opposed to the Supreme Court decision to roll back abortion rights. 13 states have triggered laws that automatically ban abortion.
This is a sad day. Reversing the decision of the Supreme Court is not a good idea. It puts women's lives in danger.

"Today, a government in which women have never had an equal voice reached deep into the most private corners of a woman's life to tell her the choice over what she does," Gates' ex- wife wrote. America is going backwards.
She said that one court decision wouldn't be enough to protect women's rights. It won't be enough to disassemble it. There are people all over the US who are focused on the future.

The U.S. Supreme Court's decision to overturn #RoeV Wade ends federal protections for abortion, diminishes human rights, and greatly threatens reproductive care. We have invested in reproductive rights organizations.

The Supreme Court's decision to allow abortion in cases of rape, incest, or when the life of the mother is in danger has led other billionaires to invest heavily in the procedure.
The ex-wife of Jeff Bezos donated a record amount of money to the organization. The Gates Foundation wants to invest $1 billion in family planning by the end of the century.
Tens of billions of dollars could be pumped into the fight by a reported windfall from Warren Buffet. In 2006 he promised to give 85% of his shares to charity. The majority of that went to the Gates Foundation.
According to documents reviewed by The Wall Street Journal, the Susan ThompsonBuffett Foundation is preparing for a big windfall.
The majority of the foundation's money went to abortion and reproductive rights. According to the Wall Street Journal, Warren Buffet could give in excess of $70 billion to his wife's foundation.
