West said he was looking for a job. The ex-NBA star got a flooring job after some amazing people heard about his plight. West, who has battled mental health and addiction issues, said earlier this week he was in between jobs. The team at the car dealership saw the stories about West and decided to help him earn some money. The company in charge of the project asked West if he'd be willing to help out. West has been working with the flooring company for the last two days, and he is doing a great job. We're told that West has been very nice with the rest of the crew. Keep up the good work, Delonte.
