The Manchester United player will remain on bail after a court hearing.
The 20-year-old forward was arrested after images and videos were posted online and was also questioned about threatening to kill.
After Greater Manchester Police applied to the courts, his bail was extended.
A hearing was held on Thursday.
There will be no further updates until charges are brought or the player is released from jail.
Within hours of the allegations coming to light, the player was suspended from playing or training with Manchester United.
The footballer has been removed from the active squad of the game by ElectronicArts.
