The new trailer for the fourth season of What We Do In The Shadows promises to be funnier and more absurd than the previous three seasons. The show, based on the film by Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement, and adapted for American television by Clement, has been a huge success, with 10Emmy nominations and critical praise for both the actors and writers. Ahead of the season 4 premiere it has been renewed for two more seasons.
Two of the four vampire were trapped in coffins at the end of season 3. The season 4 trailer shows all the vampire's living it up on Staten Island. Natasia Demetriou has opened a nightclub, Lazslo has taken over parenting the baby Colin Robinson in order to make him the most interesting man in the world. He is trying to hold it all together.
The trailer for this season promises some crazy antics, tension, and hapless romance. I am not holding my breath for a Nandermo kiss this season, but it is possible that the love of his after life has been by his side for ten years.
The fourth season of What We Do In The Shadows will debut on July 12.
