GM will sell UVeye’s technology to its dealer network to upgrade their vehicle inspection systems

GM will sell UVeye's technology to its dealers to upgrade their vehicle inspection systems. The systems are being tested at a small number of GM dealerships. UVeye will work with GM on a number of vehicle inspection technology projects.

UVeye's technology looks like an airport bodyscanner for your car based on images and videos provided by the company. Within minutes, service providers have a detailed report about everything that is wrong with your car down to the tire pressure, after the car drives through the scanning.

UVeye uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and high-definition cameras to quickly and accurately check tires, the vehicle's underbody, and other safety-related issues.

4,000 dealerships will be able to use UVeye's tech. The Israeli company made a deal with a major automotive retail management system.

UVeye has a high tech inspection system. The startup received $60 million in funding last year from a group of investors.
