The Crystal Cruises brand, as well as the Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, have been acquired by A&K Travel Group, which is owned by the CEO of the company.

The Crystal Cruises brand will operate the ships after they are refurbished in 2023.

Crystal Cruises and A&K Travel Group will work together.

The two ships that ceased operations earlier this year have been managed by V. Ships Leisure.

The purchase price was not confirmed by the company, but earlier reports put the sale at $128 million.

The statement did not say that the ship was part of the package. Last week, Silversea declined to comment on a report that it had purchased it.
