Subban: Stanley Cup is a new series after Game 3 (2:09)

P.K. Subban thinks that the Lightning can take over the series. There is a time and a place for it.

Nikita Kucherov is expected to play in the fourth game of the Stanley Cup Final on Wednesday after leaving the third game with an injury.

Jon Cooper thinks he can play tomorrow. I'm not a person like that. I'm pretty sure he's saying the same thing. We will see what the doctors and everyone else say.

With 6:05 left in the third period, Kucherov left the game. As Kucherov handled the puck, Toews stuck his stick in his back and pushed him into the boards as he fell to the ice. The player who received a minor penalty on the play was Jonathan Toews.

After the power play, he went to the trainers' room. He leads the Lightning with 26 points in 20 games, including a pair of assists in the third game of the series.

Cooper thought that Kucherov would play in the fourth game.

I believe so. Cooper hopes so. It's difficult when the game is less than a day old. There are a lot of things that can happen over the next couple of days. There is a day off between games. I agree. Will we see how he is tomorrow?

Cooper said that Kucherov has been injured before.

"If you watched last year's playoff and know what he went through to finish, I never count that kid out," Cooper said.

They were upset about the play. It's one of those plays that you don't want to watch. The play is dangerous. You don't want to watch that. It's probably not going to happen, but it's a dangerous play.

An NHL source said that the NHL Department of Player Safety decided not to discipline Toews.

Point is expected to miss his second straight game in the Stanley Cup Final due to an injury.

Point was hurt in Game 7 of the first-round series against Toronto. He played in the first game of the Cup finals after missing the next two rounds. He was a game-time decision for the third game but didn't dress.

The guys should be given credit. They knew what they had to do and they did it. We need to do it again.
