According to its status page, Cloudflare is offline. According to DownDetector, the outage appears to be affecting a range of different sites, including a number of different sites that are powered by Cloudflare. The problems seem to have begun at 2:30AM. There is a fix being implemented.
If you use Cloudflare's own service, the issues are more problematic. As a result of using the 1.1.1.1 service from Cloudflare, multiple staff members were unable to access any websites at all during the downtime. There is a simple fix for this problem. I was able to resolve most of my issues by reverting to my default settings.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

In the past, Cloudflare has had issues in July and August. A company that advertises its services as a way to decrease downtime is not a good look.
