Alex Stein, a far-right social media activist, confronted the Republican congressman and his staff while calling him a "globalist RINO."

Stein can be heard calling the Texas congressman "eyepatch McCain" and the video ends with a clip of Tucker Carlson calling him by that name.

Carlson compared Crenshaw to John McCain, a well-known war hawk, in reference to his support of US aid toUkraine.

While serving in Afghanistan, a former officer in the US Navy lost his eye.

A third person shared a video of himself confronting Crenshaw at the same event, calling him a fraud and questioning his involvement with the World Economic Forum, which is a target of online conspiracy theorists.

A witness said that Stein and other people were escorted out of the building.

A witness tells Mediaite that they hit people with cameras. The campaign manager was shoved into a pillar.

Stein said that he was the one who had been attacked by the private police force of Dan Crenshaw.

He shared videos and images of the incident from another angle, in which he appeared to be held back as he tried to confront the congressman.

Republican arguments on the subject were "depressing" and "almost pro-Russia" according to the man who voted in favor of the aid.
