The Eclipse is estimated to have cost 700 million dollars to build. After the UK dropped sanctions against him, his second $600 million yacht, Solaris, left Barcelona, Spain, and moved to Montenegro. On March 13 the yacht left the port without any fuel and traveled to Turkey.
