The white and black uniforms symbolize the white and black keys on a piano, a significant part of the history of Jazz music. Utah embraces being in the spotlight with all eyes watching and the yellow jersey is a nod to that.
Utah's white uniform has a note logo with the number underneath, a style they've worn in the past in both yellow and green. The other two jerseys have yellow trim on the collar and shoulders.
The uniforms are basic. JAZZ is in all caps written across the front with enlarged numbers in black, whileUTAH is in all uniforms with enlarged numbers in yellow.
Two new courts were unveiled by the Jazz along with the new uniforms. The focus was on the purple.
Utah's purple mountain jerseys will be matched with a court with purple baselines and paint colors with the familiar purple mountain logo at center court.

The primary court for next season will have black baselines and a black paint. There is a black note logo on the Utah Jazz logo on the end. A large chrome note logo can be seen at the top and bottom of the court.
In a unique feature of the primary court, the Jazz say "the wood panelling will be slanted rather than the typical horizontal look seen around the NBA, flowing in conjunction with the note to provide phenomenal symmetry."
