  • The actress used to eat the same salad every day on the show.

  • There are videos on TikTok that claim to show a salad recipe from the actress.

  • She said her recipe was completely different.

There are many videos on TikTok that claim to feature the actress' favorite salad recipe.

The salad she used to eat every day on the set of "Friends" is not the same as the recipe she is debunking.

"I feel like I'm disappointing everyone, but that's not my salad," she said. The salad I had on Friends is not what it looks like.

Courteney Cox mentioned it during an interview with the Los Angeles Times.

We ate lunch every day for a decade. Cox said that they had the same salad. "But it wasn't a salad made from vegetables." I don't know what happened to the salad that was doctored with turkey bacon and garbanzo bean.

Cox said that she has a way with food. If you're going to eat the same salad every day for a decade, it's better to have a good salad?

More than a decade after Cox's interview, Aniston's salad became a hit on TikTok as food writers tried to recreate the recipe or offer their own interpretations. The trend was started by a video from the modernnonna. It's still going strong and there are new videos every week.

Most of the videos feature a salad with bulgur, cucumbers, parsley, mint, red onion, datememe datememe cheese, and a full can of chickpeas.

She said in an interview that she wouldn't add so many chickpeas to a salad because it's not good for the stomach.

The "Friends" star gave a salad recipe that included shredded lettuce, chicken, egg whites, bacon, and a vinaigrette. She used to get the cheese from the nearby Italian restaurant.

But when she speaks, TikTok is listening. A new video has been released by the Modern Nonna.
