According to a preview clip from Friday's "Dateline" episode, which shows pages of notes on-screen with an excerpt reading, "He hit her, threw her on floor."

The "Dateline" episode includes notes about Johnny threatening to kill her and throwing her against a wall.

Johnny won the trial because the judge ruled the therapist's notes could not be used as evidence.

After winning the case against his ex- wife, Johnny wants to move forward with his life.

It's clear that amber isn't ready to do the same thing.
