Users will be able to choose who on their contact list can see their profile photo, about and last seen status. The new privacy setting was available to select users prior to the official launch.
Users used to be able to choose who could see their profile photo, about and Last seen status, but that's no longer the case. Everyone, my contacts, and nobody were the choices. The fourth option is called "My contacts except..." and it allows you to exclude specific people in your contacts from seeing your profile photo. You won't be able to see their Last seen status if you choose to hide it.

New features for group calls are on the way. You can now message specific people on a call. When more people join large calls, the app has added a helpful indicator.
The launch of these new features coincides with the addition of the ability for users to transfer their chat history, photos, videos and voice messages from their phone to their computer. Prior to this expansion, users only had the option to transfer their conversations from one device to another. The ability to transfer data from one phone to another is currently available in a trial phase.
