Biden blamed the current high gas prices on Russia and insisted that pushing back against Moscow was in the best interests of the U.S.

Biden said he believes he has the votes to pass a smaller version of his domestic spending bill that previously failed due to opposition from fellow Democrats like Joe Manchin.
When Biden took office, he said there were probably 15 conservative Republicans left in the party. The minority leader from Kentucky is included.
