Paradise Valley Burger Company

Paradise Valley Burger Company: Paradise Valley Burger Company, which was featured on Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” will serve such specialties as the Beach House Burger, topped with roasted green chile, smoked mozzarella and pico de gallo. It’s located along the main concourse near Section 121.

This burger joint has innovative ideas. The burger is made with two fried beef patties, a spicy jalapeo gravy, and some onions. It takes the regular everyday burger to a whole new level.

The empanadas at this popular Mesa spot give customers a taste of Latin America. The episode of "Mom's Kitchen" featuring Jinette Meraz aired in December of last year.

The M.O. is low and slow. The meat is covered in a rub and cooked in a smoker. The barbecue sauce in the house is made with brown sugar, mustard, and condiments. The restaurant in Arizona has been open for 40 years.

Tom's Thumb is an odd place for barbecue in the Valley. Its melt-in-your-mouth brisket, pulled pork and Kansas City barbecue sauce are popular with customers.

The Mexican restaurant was located in a gas station. Carne asada, al pastor pork, spicy green sauce and menudo are still on the menu even though it has moved to a shopping center.

The Wild Thaiger

A meal from Suh Noi - The Little Thaiger. Suh Noi is the little sister to the popular Wild Thaiger restaurant Guy Fieri visited for his show "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" back in December.

Her mother taught her how to cook traditional Thai food and that's why she opened The Wild Thaiger. She wanted the name to be a reference to a food adventure. The meatballs were covered in a dragon egg sauce and made with pork, shrimp and crab. The next thing was skewered pork. Fieri said it was "Nice and fresh." You did a great job.
