Musk spoke to all of the employees on the call for the first time to answer their questions about the purchase. While the world's richest man offered some insight into his managerial style, he didn't seem keen to grant workers much comfort or hope for the future.

According to the Washington Post reporters who listened in to Musk's town hall, he said it would be profit if he were to make the company more productive. If he goes through with the purchase, he would like to keep his account private. He said he wasn't sure if he would be CEO if the deal went through.

He pointed to TikTok as an example of an effective platform to make sure people didn't see boring content. More content creators prefer sites like YouTube and other sites to monetize their content, which is one of the reasons he doesn't like the way it's done withTwitter. He said that people should be allowed to say what they want.

Musk said that he runs his companies on ameritocracy and that he loves them. They are at the company if they are not.

Is the deal going to happen? According to interviews with people on the call, Musk did not say if he was committed to the deal or not. The questions were first put to Musk by management and then read to him by Berland.

There are questions as to whether Musk will do away with the recent attempts at moderation. He doesn't believe in permanent bans and would allow accounts like former President Donald Trump back on the platform.

Musk said that users should be allowed to say outrageous things. According to the Post, the CEO of the company doesn't want users to beharassed or uncomfortable, as that would lose users.

According to the Times, Musk said he wants at least a billion people on the social networking site.

Musk has told employees that they need to be in the office 40 hours a week if they want to continue working for him, which is contrary to the blanket work-from- home policy that employees are protected from. The prospective buyer was asked if they could continue with remote work, but Musk was adamant that only the best contributors should be able to work from home. He wants his company to be more similar to companies like Musk's.

Musk said that while some people use their hair to express themselves, he uses the social networking site. The media is lying about how the deal is going down since most of them are negative, according to him.

The billionaire recently told his employees that he prefers moderate politics and is close to the center. He doesn't mind if extreme views are allowed on the platform as long as they don't break the law. He said that the standard should be that they should be entertained.
