Juror in Depp vs. Heard Case Didn't Buy What He Called Her Emotional Swings

A juror says they didn't buy what he said were Amber's emotional swings, from "cry" to "ice cold"

Heard's post-verdict statement that the jury ruled the way it did because of Depp's star status incensed the juror.

The male juror seemed to be swayed in no small part by Amber's demeanor on the stand, saying jurors were not comfortable with what he seemed to say. All of us were very uncomfortable because of the crying, the facial expressions, and the staring at the jury. He said some of the jurors called her crying.

The jury felt that the victim was more aggressive than the attacker. Her story didn't add up. The majority of the jury thought she was the one who was in control. Two seconds after she answered the question, she would turn cold.

He said that the jury felt that Johnny and Amber were both abusive, but that he seemed a bit more real in his responses to questions. He had a stable emotional state.

According to the juror, Johnny won because he was a bigger star and more likable.
