The Southwest Airlines pilots union showed up at that time. Maybe change fees aren't Southwest's cup of tea, but the pilots say theirs isn't "selling more than 4,000 flights a day in June when you were only staffed for 3,800." You do the same thing as Southwestair.

Airlines have had trouble with their schedules. Southwest hasn't scheduled as many flights for June as it has in the past. Southwest trims its schedule in advance based on how it sees demand and what it can do.
Southwest Airlines is rumored to be entering into partnerships with other airlines. Selling tickets that include connections on other airlines is something that could be done. Codeshares, frequent flyer earning and redemption could also be included.
