File photo of Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte on Feb. 10, 2021 (left) A house sits in Rock Creek after floodwaters washed away a road and a bridge in Red Lodge, Montana, June 15, 2022.

The governor of Montana, best known for body-slamming a reporter, has not been seen for a few days. According to the Montana Free Press, the governor's office said that he left the country last week.

According to the Montana Free Press, the disappearance of Gianforte couldn't have come at a better time. At least six bridges have been washed out and homes have been flooded in Montana. Just as the summer tourism season was about to start, the floods shut down the park for the first time since the 1988 fires.

The acting governor of Montana signed a disaster declaration on Tuesday which will free up money for assistance. The FEMA administrator flew to the region on Wednesday night, according to the Daily Chronicle.

The town of Red Lodge has seen some of the worst flooding in the state.

When will he be able to return to Montana? It appears that nobody knows but Gianforte. He happens to be on the globe right now, and he has a verified account. The replies are about what you would expect from a man who has vanished.

We are keeping a close eye on the flooding in the Flathead and Miles City.

Who is this group of people? One person responded to the question, "And where in the hell are you?"

The time when Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas fled to Mexico for a vacation while people in his state were freezing to death during an energy crisis is a reference that others have made. People joked about the similarities.

The people of Texas were aware that Old Teddy Cruz was going on a vacation. The people of Montana don't know where their AWOL governor is or when he'll come back.

There are pictures of the destruction in Montana and at the park. The images are heartbreaking and they will make you angry that an elected official who is supposed to take care of his state is missing.
