The Los Angeles Times reported Friday that law enforcement couldn't locate or serve the "Fantastic Beasts" star after the parents of an 18-year-old activist filed a domestic violence protection order against him.
The order of protection was granted by a judge in the tribe.
The parents of the actor's child accuse him of physical and emotional abuse, as well as grooming their child, according to the Times.
Miller can't contact Iron Eyes or the teen's parents for 30 days. The petition states that the actor would have to keep 100 yards away from the family's home.
