Vince McMahon, the head of World Wrestling Entertainment, is under investigation for an alleged $3 million settlement with a former employee.

According to a report from the Wall Street Journal, the departing employee and McMahon had a consensual sexual relationship, which led to the creation of a separation agreement.

The investigation into the large payment started in April and led to the discovery of other nondisclosure agreements signed by former female employees of the company. As part of the investigation, the WSJ didn't give the number of NDAs found. According to an outside counsel, the payments from McMahon and Laurinaitis are in the millions, and investigators are still gathering more information about them. Johnny Ace is the name of the in-ring wrestler.

The investigation is being conducted by a New York based firm. McMahon used his own money to pay for his agreements with the wrestlers. The company's compliance and culture are being looked into by the investigation.

Since McMahon tried to consolidate the industry in the early 1980s, the company has been the biggest. He has been the top official of the company for over 30 years. The company is cooperating with the inquiry. The company takes the allegations seriously and is handling them well.

Vince McMahon is the sole member of his family with an active executive role at the company, with his son and daughter no longer working for the company. Triple H, also known as "Triple H", retired from in-ring competition earlier this year after a long career in wrestling. Linda McMahon hasn't held an executive role with the company since 2009.

Mr. McMahon has been portraying a womanizer for a long time. McMahon had a close relationship with the younger female talent. McMahon will be forced to sell the company if the allegations are true. After this discovery, the wrestler has no chance of staying with the company. He has worked for McMahon since 2001.
