Biden to send another $1 billion in military aid to Ukraine

The $1 billion in weapons for Ukraine was announced by President Joe Biden.

The items in the security package were the subject of a 40-minute conversation between Biden and Zelenskyy.

The additional $225 million in humanitarian assistance for Ukraine was announced by Biden.

More than 100,000 U.S. troops have been sent to NATO member countries since the beginning of February.
